We aim to get your sustainable goods to you quickly! All orders are typically processed within 1 to 7 business days of purchase. Please note that during peak seasons or special promotions, processing times might be a little longer. We don't ship or deliver orders on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs for your order will be clearly calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard Shipping: Expect your order to arrive within 3-7 business days after processing. The cost is calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
- Free Shipping: We're happy to offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75.00 within the contiguous United States. Keep an eye out for special free shipping promotions too!

International Shipping
Currently, SustainiMart LLC ships only within the United States and Canada.

Damages and Lost Packages
- Damages: SustainiMart LLC isn't liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Remember to keep all packaging materials and damaged items before filing.
- Lost Packages: If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please check with your neighbors and local post office. If you still can't locate it, contact the shipping carrier to initiate a lost package claim. While we can't replace lost packages, we'll do our best to help you through the process.
Incorrect Shipping Information
It's important to provide accurate shipping details. SustainiMart LLC isn't responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, you'll be responsible for the re-shipping fees.
